Simple ways to REDUCE RISK of BREASTS' CYSTS FORMATION:

1. MINIMIZE your SALT INTAKE (because salt can cause fluid retention in the body and breasts).


 2. REDUCE FATTY FOOD (margarine, white fat from meat, palm and coconut oils).

Use sunflower / olive oil or soy.


3. REDUCE or avoid REFINED SUGAR, because this sugar can reduce the level of vitamins group B.


4. REDUCE within reasonable limits ESTROGEN-LIKE substances: whole grains, citrus peels, butter.


  1. Include SEAWEED into your diet - this is a natural source of iodine: iodine takes part in the breakdown of fat. Iodine deficiency can increase a risk of breasts' cyst formation due to overproduction of estrogens by your ovaries.


  2. Eat more yogurt, skim milk, cheese, bran, apples, plums, pears, leafy green vegetables ...


7. Play sport regularly  (minimum 150 min per week). Swimming  is the best!


 8. AVOID or  reduce stress in your life: try to plan everything, avoid "toxic" people, don't watch too much bad news, detectives or horror movies on TV, especially before going to bed...


  1. Sleep enough (7-8 hours minimum)


10. AVOID cigarettes SMOKING.


11. It is very important to control your hormonal status because hormonal disorder is one of the main risk factors of breasts' cysts formation. Due to visit your GYNECOLOGIST and (if need) endocrinologist regularly.


12. Visit your BREAST DOCTOR regularly.
